This place is NOT worth the load of money you have to pay. I have to dust my apartment (no joke) every other day. Huge mounds of dust gather on my fan whenever the a/c unit is running and you can see the dust gathered on the air vents in my unit. Maintenance does not respond to your request no matter how important until at least three days later. For example, something was rotting in my broken garbage disposal for 3 days before the man came out to fix the disposal and when he got here he wouldn't fix it until I pulled out the rotting meat. Also, driving in the parking garage you are risking your life every time because the corners are too sharp for two cars to fit through and cars come whizzing through ever second of the day. The gate to keep visitors out of the resident parking does not stay up long enough for your car to get through for example, my cars paint has been scratched twice now from the gate closing on it as I am pulling through. DO NOT LIVE HERE! YOU WILL HATE IT! The best part is that I don't have to deal with parking on campus and I can walk to school everyday. That is the only thing I appreciate at Grand Marc. The residents are snooty stuck up jerks and the front desk doesn't do anything to help you if you have a complaint. Did I mention they rejected a package of mine that was worth $200 because the sender spelled my name wrong? Oh yes, my $200 package was sent back to the sender which was Amazon who has yet to refund me for my purchase because my name was spelled wrong and the desk said that person (me with a mispelled name) didn't live in the complex.
