Rent is $600, already furnished, and utilities are usually no more than $50. If you would only like to move in for two or one months instead of a full three for the summer, I'm open to negotiation. The address is 1845 Belle Vue Way if you'd like to check whether it meets your needs. I've found Villa Lucia to be a great location for multiple reasons! It is at walking distance from a Sunoco gas station, Publix, FSU, the U.S. Postal Office, and a variety of surrounding restaurants from Gordos to Wendys.
