A responsible and clean tenant to make sure the bills are paid on time and the apartment stays clean.
What do you love about this place?
I love how it is in the center of the city. Everything is within walking distance and College Manor is 10 ft away from University of Florida.
What isn't so great about this place?
It is small and there is no washer or dryer hookup. Although, my unit is next to a washer and dryer provided by the apartment building to use.
