Hello! I am a PhD student who will be completing an internship from February-August 2024. I am interested in subletting my bedroom + private bath in Brickell within a 2/2 unit for Spring and Summer 2024 semesters, with possibility to continue into a new leasing cycle. My roommate will be staying during the time I am away--she is a PhD student as well.

The apartment is VERY convenient to get to both Medical and Coral Gables campuses, and I will be leaving most furniture pieces while I am away. The apt. complex offers a pool, a gym, and 2 clubhouses. Additionally, the apartment is close to Publix, CVS & Walgreens, Mary Brickell Village shops, and Brickell City Center.
