My daughter is looking for someone to take over her unit with private bathroom at the retreat west
In fall 2023 until summer 2024
The floor plan is the biggest one (2400 sq ft)
It's called Belmont
You can Google it at the retreat west previously called knighshade.
It's a single house with 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms on a 2 story

With patio on each floor and back yard
It's one of the fanciest unit with a ton of privacy .

Pet friendly with a dog park
Tennis
Basket court
Volley
Huge pool (I believe it's the largest pool at UCF)
Fitness open 24/7
$1050 a month FREE parking
My daughter loved it but is found online
