Hey y'all my name is Nic. I'm a pretty mellow dude who likes to play video games, go to outside places like parks or beaches, and just overall chill. I'm a very cleanly dude who likes to be organized but nothing too crazy. I'm always down to go out as long as I'm not busy. Hello! Me and my other roommate (Ramsey) are looking to find a 3rd to cover our empty bedroom we will have available once our lease is up July 31st! (UCF based or college student preferred) Ramsey and I are very easy going and stay to ourselves most of the time, the house tends to stay rather quiet. We do like to keep the house clean and to a certain level of acceptance which is a must within our potential roommate. We also pay every bill on time with no exception. The rent is $1,685 a month, but split between us three is $560. Any further questions please reach out!
