Studio/Efficiency Condo Near Florida Mall - Sandlake Courtyard Condominiums is the site of the former Heritage Hotel in south Orlando. The previous hotel rooms have all been converted to studio condos that are now offered as long-term rental units. Each unit has a small kitchenette area that includes built-in cabinets and a refrigerator/freezer. Flooring is ceramic tile throughout and new vertical blinds are included. The units we have available come unfurnished but any existing furniture can be left in the unit upon request for no additional charge. Electric, water/sewer, and basic cable are INCLUDED in the rent.
