About Bedroom and private bath available Dec, 20
I have an upstairs bedroom with private bathroom available Dec. 20. I live with 3 other male students at UGA. We have a fully equipped kitchen, upstairs patio, upstairs washer and dryer, and my own private bathroom that you enter from within my bedroom. We are walking distance from downtown if needed. Rent is $515 and utilities run about $30-$40 a month including garbage, electricity, water and internet. Rent will not be due until Jan. 1. I will pay December rent and utilities.
