Historic Thompson Flats Studio Apartment by Loring Park - The Thompson Flats were built in 1900. We fully renovated all 12 apartments in 2018 while preserving their individual historic character. Apartment 34 features restored gas fireplace with an efficient Valor insert for cozy heat and its own skylight! Each apartment has individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and refinished hardwood floors and woodwork. We installed new bathrooms with in-floor ceramic tile heat, new kitchens with granite counters, Marvin thermal windows, and energy efficient LED lighting. The Thompson Flats is located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park.
