Hi everyone! My roommate and I both graduate and will be moving out after this semester. We are looking for two people to sublease our two individual bedrooms and shared bathroom from Early/Mid- May 2021 to August 2021. You would be living with two other girls who have the bedrooms/bathroom on the opposite side of the apartment. The apartment is in Saint Paul and is called The Pavilion on Berry and is a 4 minute walk to a light rail stop that reaches campus in 2 stops. There is a fitness center and utilities are mostly included and always under 10 dollars a month. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit and a balcony. The rent is 635 a month per person, or if you have a car, with parking it's 715. If you would like any more pictures or information let us know.
