The house itself is the main floor of a large duplex with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and front/side porch in addition to a large open yard on the side of the house. Already furnished common areas, but welcome to bring other items. Room itself is unfurnished. Free laundry and storage in basement. Looking to rent out my room which is at the front of the house, painted neutral colors, has a large closet, and 2 windows! The location is super nice, right in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis 2 streets off of central ave that is full of breweries, restaurants, coffee-shops, and the co-op. Near grocery stores, parks, and public transportation.

Total cost with utilities included is about $800 give or take a few dollars with electric bill not being a set price; no security deposit needed
