It is unfurnished, but includes all kitchen appliances (including microwave and dishwasher), in-unit laundry, TV, and internet (you will need your own router). The apartment has new vinyl plank flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows with window coverings. The building is secure and has a study lounge area, private terrace, fitness center, and parking garage.
