The unit is located near the corner of Chase and Hamilton in a circa 1890 brick building. Walk to many interesting shops and restaurants, the pharmacy, and a very low key Carnegie library. The bus stop is on the near corner, and the bus can take you to UC or downtown in about 10 minutes. Parking is on-street, or you can reserve a spot in a nearby parking lot for $40 per month.

The hot water heat is so comfortable, and included in the rent. Resident pays electric for lights and air conditioning, as well as gas for the stove.

Small pets are welcome with certain conditions and extra charges.
