We have 3 bedrooms for rent on the third floor of our house with a shared bathroom. All furnished with a dresser, bed, desk, lamps, nightstands, shelves, and linens. You will have shared access to the living/dining rooms, kitchen & laundry, and we have a good sized yard with a fire pit. Plenty of on street parking, WIFI included as well as AC & all utilities. Within short walking distance to two train lines, and a bus route a half block away. Easily walk to downtown Ardmore & Suburban Square shopping center, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We do have a cat. And we are required to do a background clearances on renters given we have foster kids on the 2nd floor - but that would be at cost to us.
