Lease takeover for the unit in The View Apartment. (July 23, 2022 - July 21, 2023)
Shared 3 bedrooms/3 baths apartment with private bedroom and bathroom. Recently upgraded unit meaning almost all the applicants in unit are new.
If you sign up now you will be able to move in by July 1st. You can choose between 1st month rent ($835) free or $100 per month for the July 23, 2022 - July 21, 2023 lease. In addition, I'll pay Administration Fee ($99.00), Community Fee ($300.00), & Utility Service Fee ($54.00) for you. You will be only responsible for refundable $200.00 security deposit.
