SUBLEASING A SINGLE/DOUBLE ROOM WITH A PRIVATE BATHROOM FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER!!! (Jan 2024 - July 2024)
Hi everybody, I am going abroad in the Spring and am looking for somebody to take over my lease. I live in a house on South Pugh St, which is no more than a 5 minute walk from downtown. This room can be a SINGLE ($1010) or a DOUBLE ($505 per person), it all depends on what you prefer! Right now, I am living in the bedroom by myself and I love it. It is incredibly spacious, and having two beds plus my own bathroom is amazing.

You would be living with 5 other people (4 girls, 1 guy) and everybody has their own room. Photos of the house itself are not included, but there is a very spacious living room and dining room along with a huge front lawn and porch. If you would like to see photos of the house let me know!
