Closest and most Affordable housing option to Campus. The First Months Rent is free. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at my apartment at Calder Commons. It is in the first block downtown right next to campus. The lease would run from January to May 31st. The lease would only be for 5 months (covers the entire spring semester time frame at PSU) and the first Month would be FREE. It is fully furnished with an extremely nice living room and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc. There is AC and Electric heating. All utilities are included except electric which runs between $10-20 a month. There are Laundry rooms on every floor. There is a private community gym, mailbox room, and study lounge in the building. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is right downtown and The rent is currently $747 a month. You would be sharing the apartment with 3 other roommates (male), there are 2 in the other room and 1 in the nice double room you would be sharing. There is a full bathroom right across the hall from your room that you would only share with your direct roommate. He is a nice senior undergraduate student who is considerate and keeps to himself. Again I am willing to cover the first Months rent and any application fees, etc if there are any. Contact me if you are interested.
