Unfurnished studio available at Nittany Gardens from December 17th until lease ends July 31st. Lease can be renewed with payment of a new security deposit ($960). December's rent will be paid by me! Rent is $960/month along with utilities ($80/month). Sublet agreement will be signed and a $50 dollar payment is due before agreement is turned in to the leasing office. While studio is unfurnished there are still some amenities such as a murphy bed, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and storage unit. Laundry is not in unit but is in the nearby complex. There is parking by the complex for free. There are some CATA bus stops within 5 minute walk but a bus pass does not come with the lease. Feel free to email me with any questions!
