This is a co-ed house and is for Undergraduate, Graduate, and International students. The Phoenix House is and environment focused on academics and civic engagement while working to help solve problems both surrounding our university and community alike. The Phoenix House is an alcohol and illicit-drug free home, including barring those under the influence. This enables the residents to focus on both their education and growth while being surrounded by peers as serious about their future as you are. The Phoenix House will also host events and support local charities while working by example to show others how to be a part of the solution. Rent includes all utilities.
