What are you looking for in a tenant?
I accepted a new job that required me to move, but I really enjoyed this apartment and property until my move date. I am seeking a tenant to take over my lease for the duration; you may also extend the lease if you prefer. I have paid January rent, the security deposit, and the administration fee. There is a $100 application fee.

What do you love about this place?
My favorite features:
- It is clean, quiet, and has beautiful views from the apartment balcony as well as the communal rooftop space.
- It is well-insulated and extremely well-lit with natural lighting.
- The living room ceilings are high.
- There is a ceiling fan in both the living room and bedroom.
- The master bath has a garden tub and double vanity.
- There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
- The parking garage, elevator, and stairs are very close to the unit.
- The property has multiple pools, dog parks, green space, office space, and a rooftop deck.

What isn't so great about this place?
The property has maintenance staff turnover and occasionally spotty trash pickup. Otherwise, my experience was positive!
