The walls are thin, so it can sometimes be quite noisy, but besides that, I really do recommend it for a student’s first apartment! It comes completely furnished, has great amenities, and with roommates comes at a reasonable price for students.

Overall it is a good experience for the amount that I pay. Very good location and bus routes to campus. Haven’t made many friends but not because of the apartment but because of COVID-19. The amenities are nice but can be kept cleaner. For a college apartment it’s not bad at all! ...

I live near the courtyard, so there are some dogs that can be heard barking in the early mornings. The maintenance is within the day, great amenities, and located on convenient shuttle routes to campus. I cannot say enough good things about living here. My only wish is that rooms were a bit larger. Community is fantastic and there was balcony concert karaoke from a group of residents on Fridays. There are zoom painting classes and online workouts, and everything was socially distant. ...

I live on the first floor, so I can always hear the noise from the parking lot and the street near me. I really like the gym and pool amenities and that the apartment complex is pet friendly. The staff is really great as well!

The community is great, and the price is right. The only problem would be a staff that doesn't reach out unless we reach out first, but that's only a small thing and they are helpful when issues arise.
