*We require tenant to hold a Tenant's Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage amount of $100,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the lease. The homeowner must be listed as an additional interest.
*Landscaping and watering is a resident responsibility.

We encourage you not to apply if you have a credit score below 500, have ever been evicted or have negative rental history within the last 7 years or have recent criminal background involving but not limited to: violence, abuse, theft or Felony drug convictions.
