Hi! I'm looking to sublet my private room/bath (bedroom B in the photo below) at Legacy on Rio in West Campus for summer 2022. Lease ends July 31st and move in dates are flexible! Rent is $1194 with the reserved parking spot included. My roommates and I also split utilities each month, which is approximately $15-$25 per person.

I live in a 4x4, but only one of my roommates will be there this summer. She's very clean, chill, quiet and considerate. She lives in room D in the photo below.

There's a washer and dryer included in the unit. Amenities include a gym; study rooms throughout the complex; a rooftop lounge with TVs; massage chairs; a courtyard with grills, cornhole and ping pong; a computer lab with free printing; shuffleboard by extra study rooms; vending machines in the lobby; etc.

It's only a 5 minute walk to campus! And it was just built last year, so it's very clean! You need a fob to open ALL doors inside the complex (including hallways and stairwells), so it's very safe and secure, as well.
