Avia is a newly built, off-campus student housing building providing studio and 1 bedroom units. We are located just blocks away from the University of Texas at Austin campus, allowing for a short walk to class. If you don’t feel like walking, hop on the UT Shuttle that stops just outside the front of the building! Each unit comes with top of the line stainless steel appliances, en suite washer and dryer, and free wifi.

Our units come accompanied with great views of Downtown and Shoal Creek, with immediate access to the 3.7 mile Shoal Creek Trail, Pease Park, and a wide range of food trucks making this a prime spot for any college student.
