Monticello is great if you need something cheap close to campus. Not very high quality and the rooms are small to share. The ward seemed to be kind of oldish and cheapish, but they were very nice and spiritual. Also, I got really mad when they confiscated my bike and broke the lock off cuz i didn't buy a stupid sticker. They can be anal like that. I also liked the pool and the piano in the central building. I love everything about the complex except for the current managers. They are micro managing, incompetent, unfriendly, and they come up with the most idiotic rules I?ve ever heard of apartment complex managers coming up with. They don?t listen to what the tenants want because they know that if they kick you out or scare you away there are many other students who would love to live there because of the location, price and good people.
