Management is the only reason I would not recommend this place.. Very difficult to deal with..Cleaning Checks are frequent and extreme.. deposits are not easy to fully recover.. they require something like a cosigner and an endorsement from your bishop to move in.. and of course Parking Nazis.. I rented from winter '07 through spring '07. ...

Co-ed buildings always an A+, underground parking AMAZING, walking distance to Krispy Kreme, duh who doesn't love that! Great all around! I rented from summer '06 through spring '07.
