Wyview is a great pick for your first year! It is kind of far from campus but there's a bus stop. The wards are awesome and the stake is a lot of fun! There is always something fun like a volleyball or basketball game going on. Parking was never a problem. It's nice having the creamery right next door and the laundry facility is big. Choose Wyview if you're a freshman! I rented from fall '09 through winter 10. ...

Beware as a student or parent footing the bill: the payment plans make it look like you are paying a basic rent every month, when in reality they are charging you for every three weeks. (Same with any of their food plans.) Their rent is steeper than it looks on paper and you WILL get the bill. Very deceiving- typical BYU. I rented from winter 10 through winter 10. ...

I really liked it here, except it was far away from campus and most guys here are premies. However, the rent is cheap and the apartments are nice. I rented from winter 10 through winter 10.

The ward is horrible- full of creepy guys and girls who either form cliques the first week or are weird. The apartments themselves are really nice, although try to avoid getting the top bunk. Cleaning inspections are a pain since they are really picky, and it's pretty far from campus. Overall, look for somewhere more social and closer to campus. Wyview is an awesome place for the first year of college, but it is pretty far from campus. It is really nice and has lots of room. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

It is really clean, and nice. Parking is great, there is more than enough spots. The only downsides are in the shared room, it's bunk beds, and also the walls are kinda thin so if you have neighbors who play instruments, music, yell, etc you will hear it. Also the social life is kinda lame, but the place itself is nice. Oh, and also it is all freshman, with only a few exceptions. But it is super cheap for the shared room for how nice it is. Very clean and nice new apartments. Maintenance is on top of things, and while they were there they offerend to check to make sure everything else was working properly. Downsides were that it is very far from campus, and riding the bus to and from every day was a pain (granted there is a bus stop right outside the complex). It's right by plumtree plaza, five minute walk, so we have access to Ream's, Shopko, Deseret book, Movies 8, the dollar store, a few other restaurants and small shops. Also 24 hour fitness is very close. Wonderful, overall I'd live here again!!! I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

The apartments and price are ideal, but the social life is non existent if you aren't a freshman! There's an upperclassman area, but all of the people just like to do homework all weekend. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

Apartments are kept clean and nice. A LOT nicer than off campus apartments. Price is good, but a little further from campus than others (about mile and a half). Going to switch over to mostly freshman housing, with a couple buildings reserved for upperclass, so expect it to switch to all freshman in a year or so. Biggest down part is the housing department still treats it like the dorms when it comes to managing things (ie- having a two week blackout period between summer and fall where you have to find somewhere else to live). But the housing people in the Wyview office are great. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...

So far, only half is singles housing, the rest is still married housing, but that might change, I don't know... Pretty decent place, I lived in the singles half. Laundry facility has LOTS of machines, small BYU Creamery store in the same building as the laundry and office, that's real convenient. Parking situation way better than Heritage. Nice place to live for married people. It wasn't as long of a waiting list as I expected. The only draw back was no dishwasher and no washer/dryer in the apartments. I rented from fall '04 through winter '05.
