Horrible place to live. The last two years were amazing and I loved it. But, since Fall 2011, it's just terrible place to live. everyone is super shallow and everyday is some extravagant fashion show. Most of the people who live here do NOT go to BYU and also don't abide by the BYU honour code. No one dates at all. Everyone is also super young except for the forever bachelors who expect some 10 girl to walk through their door haha. There's virtually no ward activities, and not really a social life throughout alpine village. I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...

My daughter lived in Alpine Village from Aug. '10 through 'Aug. 11. First off, the apartment is very small. I think people are impressed by the granite counters, washer/dryer, flat-screen T.V., and swimming pool, but after all that fluff, its not a nice place to live or visit. If the visitor's parking is full, which it often is, visitors are forced to park blocks away. The "leather" couches are really vinyl and don't hold up. The worst part is the scary, dark, cold, cement hallways. It makes it feel like a prison. Also, most of the parking is off the sliding glass door which does not lock. So to lock your door you have to walk all the way through the scary hallways to get to your car. How hard would it have been to simply put a lock on the sliding glass door?? (They make them by the way) Also the cement work outside the apartments are uneven. I've tripped and seen other trip many times. The management is quite ignorant and will not budge on late fees, even if was your bank's fault! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I think it is just not worth the money you give.Rooms are really small and a good home search would help you find much better and bigger rooms than this. The gym has old machines while rest of the facilities are available in other complexes as well but it is too costly for 8 month contract.Cleaning check fails even if you have done the cleaning only if you are not present in there when the checking is going on. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I have lived in 6 apartment complexes since moving to Provo, and Alpine Village is by far the best in every way. Their price is far, their staff is supportive, and the apartments are extremely well kept. Maintenance has the fastest response time I have ever seen. Most times they are there that day. They offer a variety of perks as well which include a heated pool and weight room. I rented from spring 11 through summer 11. ...

amazing complex. I read other reviews and I can't figure out why people are whining. Just pay your rent and clean your apartment on time. it's not that hard. Our water heater pilot light kept going out, and after trying to repair it, we just got a new one delivered and installed the same day. I don't have a single complaint about this complex or the management. I could have done without the plastic vertical blinds in the living room though. I rented from winter '08 through fall 10. ...

This is the fifth complex I have lived at in Provo, and it is by far the worst. Sure the apartments are fairly nice, but the management is what makes it terrible. There are a lot of hidden fees and they charge you for every little thing. The maintenance is less than adequate and their so called "24 hour emergency" line is a joke. I would avoid this place at all costs, or it's going to cost you a lot more than you bargained for. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

My son has lived there for 2 years. Just moved in my daughter to Alpine Village straight from the dorms. They both love it and lots of their closest friends live there.

This used to be a nice place, but now it's not worth the money because the new management is horrible. They will charge you for anything they can, and they are completely unreasonable. The parking was nice last year, but this year there was several times when I had to park several blocks away because the garage was full. I rented from spring '09 through summer 10. ...

I've lived here since Alpine Village opened and I honestly couldn't love it more. It is extremely nice (especially compared to everywhere else in Provo) and I've had only great experiences with management. There is more than enough underground parking and all appliances and furniture is nice and works well. I've LOVED the wards. Walking distance from BYU. A+ from me! I rented from fall '07 through winter 11. ...

Pretty nice place - I'm getting married and have been here since almost the start. Made a lot of lifelong friends at AV. Rooms are better than most other places I lived before the mish, and its new which says something for Provo. Management changed last year and now they can provide a statement of what we pay - haven't had any issues, maintenance fixed my hot water heater pretty quick when it went out. I'd recommend it to friends and have done so several times over the months. Place seemed expensive at first they have lowered prices from abt 400 year round to abt 355. ...

Great location, nice faux luxury feature, the underground parking and visitor parking is a nice bonus. However, the management is unprofessional, unctuous, and sly. They will do anything for money and no one in Alpine Village likes the way the management treats its tenants and their unprofessional behavior. If Alpine Village had new management, this would be hands down the best apartment complex in Provo. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Alpine management is a complete joke. They are young and do not know how to manage such a big property. I rented from fall '08 through winter '09.

Highly recommended. Lived at Belmont and got sick of parking my car like 8 blocks away. Nice place.

This winter 2010 has been a joke here. The Landlord gave out to many parking stickers and now there are not sufficient for residents. Do not come to Alpine village I rented from fall '08 through winter '09.

Alpine Village is a concrete jungle. I lived there this year and it feels like a prison. The young managers do not have a feel for what we as residents really need I rented from winter '09 through fall '09.

I pay $355 a month, the place is new, and things work. If something doesn't work, I put a request in online and the dude literally comes to my door within the hour. Couldn't expect more.

It's a nice place, but way overpriced, and my ward seemed rather shallow and vain. Lots of people just looking to spend Daddy's money and get married and didn't care about getting an education. I rented from spring '09 through summer '09.

great place to live during school. can't beat the location and the quality. rent is a tad high, and you'll definitely have a few trust-fund babies in your ward, but besides that, it's good times! I rented from fall '08 through winter '09.
