Hi, I am 18 years old incoming sophomore in the University of Utah. I will be majoring in computer science with EAE emphasis major. I am looking for a roommate in the University of Utah to share the unit with me, the roommate is limited to University of Utah male students only.

I rented an apartment unit located in 115 S / 1100 E Salt Lake City, UT 84102 inside Arlington Palace which is a modern high-rise community near the University of Utah within walking distance to the campus. The campus shuttle of B.S.B-U Hospital line and UTA bus #2, #220 stops are just around the corner, very convenient to the campus of the U. Access to the complex is controlled, security is great.

The rental unit is completely finished comes with kitchen, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Hardwood floor through the unit, tiles in bathroom. Fitness center and Parking garage are available.

Looking for a male roommate in the U to share the rental unit with me. We will live in separate rooms, one bedroom, one living room, total 570 sqft, two rooms are in similar size.

This is for living room rental $550/month, refundable security deposit $650. Two people will share kitchen and bathroom.
