This house will be shared with three other University of Utah students and is ONLY for May 2023- August 2023 . You will be sharing a kitchen, bathroom, and living space with two other people. A private bedroom with closet will be given to the renter. The apartment has central heating, and a small window AC unit in the bedroom. Furniture will be provided in the bedroom and throughout the house for you, so no need to bring any! A washer and dryer are located for your use in the basement. There is parking available in the driveway! Your roommates for the summer are other college students and young professionals who have lived in Salt Lake for years!
