This house will be shared with three other University of Utah students and is ONLY for SUMMER 2022 (May-August). You will be living in the downstairs mother-in-law apartment that has its own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The renter will have their separate backdoor entrance as access. The apartment has central heating, a small AC window unit, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Furniture will be provided in the bedroom and throughout the house for you, so no need to bring any! There is parking available in the driveway! This is the perfect apartment for someone looking to get their residency or has an internship in Salt Lake City. It is in close proximity to both TRAX and the University. Your upstairs roommates for the summer are other college students and young professionals who have lived in Salt Lake for years!

This price includes all utilities, wifi is an additional 17.50 a month.
