If you're going to sign up with an apartment complex that promises a hot tub open year round, get it in writing. I rented from winter '06 through winter '07.

This is a decent place to live. It was a little pricey when I lived there but the rooms are big and it's a ok social life. I rented from fall '02 through winter '03.

The Colony is pretty social/good ward. The apartments are pretty nice, but we couldn't rely on the free "high-speed" internet and had to buy our own. I rented from fall '04 through spring '05.
