I am looking for a female to take over the rest of my lease (April 1-August 30)! It's an all-female household with three housemates. The apartment is in an amazing location close to campus, Safeway & SaveMart, and located on the G/J line to campus! It is a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment and you would be sharing a room & bathroom. Rent is about $626 a month plus WiFi and PG&E.
Amenities: free on-site parking, a gym, a study lounge, a pool, a hot tub, and free printing in the main lounge!
