Single Room for Sublet near 5th & L - $850/month
(NOT Including PG & E or Xfinity)


Looking for a female-identifying, also 420 friendly, to sublet a single room in a 5-bedroom 2-bathroom house in Downtown Davis. The room is not fully furnished but will have a curtain rod and some command hook hangers on the wall. The House is near the Amtrak station, and a really close walk to multiple Unitrans and Yolobus lines and the UC Davis campus. The rest of the roommates are girls with a Ph.D. students living in the outside living space. Pets are not allowed as one of the girls has a pet allergy, unfortunately, and there is an in-unit washer/dryer. I am moving out during spring break, so I would like to find someone to take over ASAP.


Rent: $850 (Includes water, and sewage. NOT including Xfinity & PG and E)
