We also do a rental verification. So when you fill out the application online, there's a section in which we ask where you're currently residing and who we can contact that manages the residence. We would simply give them a call and ask a couple questions about your tenancy.

Naturally we do a credit check as well. We look at your debt to income ratio. We must verify that you have no previous evictions on file and do not owe any money to previous property management companies.
