We are creating a vibrant and inclusive coliving community in the heart of LA, at LivingQ. Our renovated 1920’s building is located in Hancock Park, situated near Melrose, Koreatown, Wilshire, and Larchmont Village, next to the Wilshire/ Western - purple line metro and bike share. The neighborhood has a 92/100 walk score, so you won’t even need a car.

LivingQ @Hancock Park is about building a diverse and modern community, featuring weekly events, outdoor movie nights from the spa, BBQ’s and potlocks, and among many other activities. We pride ourselves on setting the standard for coliving by encompassing collaboration, networking, and community on our own terms.
