1 shared room with 2 beds, 2 closets and 2 chests of drawers, 2 desks, shared bathroom: $800/mo each or whole room for $1,600. Room has air conditioner.

House has ample off street parking for 2, possibly 3 vehicles. 10 minute walk/3 minute bike ride to USC, Science Center, Expo Park. 5 minute walk to Expo Subway Line (goes to Santa Monica).

House has brand new kitchen, spacious bath with antique clawfoot tub and modern marble/glass shower. Paid utilities, high speed (60Mbs) WiFi throughout the house, Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Paramount, many more. Fire pit out back with lots of firewood and gas BBQ grill.

On site resident manager will collect monthly rent and arrange repairs and maintenance as needed. House has a Washer/Dryer and dishwasher. Bimonthly housecleaning.
