Studio (full kitchen & bathroom)

Just for girls, very comfortable studio in a shared apartment. Just 2 persons will be living in the apartment. I'm renting a huge living room that's looks like a studio. The other guest stay just in her room. She doesn't cook. Both of the guests have privacy.
I'm looking for someone who wants to stay for 3 or 4 months.
Cool and clean, close to Venice Beach, Ballona Creek Bike Path, Farmers Market, close to Abbot Kinney Street, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica. The studio is quiet and clean. The apartment is in the first floor. It has a full kitchen and bathroom (just the bathroom is shared with other guest, the other guest that already is renting a private room, she don't use the kitchen to cook or the living room to eat. She stay just at her room).
