Subletting my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment located near Brentwood Village and UCLA. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 4 double sized beds (2 beds in each room) and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 50 inch flatscreen tv and a 42 inch flatscreen TV with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, large balcony with unobstructed ocean views, linens, towels, coffee, bottled water, toiletries and more all provided at no additional charge. All you need is your suitcase!

The apartment itself is located in a secured access building with 24/7 security and you will have access to 2 assigned garaged parking spaces. I am primarily renting this property on a monthly basis, but will consider weekly rentals. If you would prefer to rent on a weekly basis, please contact me and we can discuss the terms.

There is a mandatory refundable security deposit, which will be returned to you on the day you move out and hand me the keys. For monthly rentals, the security deposit is $2,500 and not negotiable.
