This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 4 double size beds, fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen tv with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, large balcony with ocean views, linens, towels, coffee, bottled water, and toiletries provided. The building itself is secured access with 24/7 security, 2 garaged parking spaces (additional parking on the street). Renting this property nightly and weekly as a vacation rental.

Nightly rate is $165 per night for weekdays and $190 per night for weekends. Weekly rate is $1200. There is a $500 security deposit, which will be returned to you when you check out and hand me the keys.
