Hi everyone, we are looking to sublet a furnished room in our apartment ideally from January 1 to February 1 (we could also start sometime in December and end up to all of Winter Quarter if need be). The rent is $1050 per room per month, with internet and cable included. Our water, power and gas bill is usually around $20-30 per month. The room you'll be renting has a private bathroom, comfortable queen bed, a table, and a motorized standing desk with a 27" computer monitor. You can message me for pics of the bedrooms/ bathrooms.

Our apartment has tandem parking, a kitchen w/ all the works, a 55-inch TV, and plenty of natural light. It is in a great location in Palms, next to fantastic restaurants and walking distance to downtown Culver City, Ralph's, Sprouts, and Trader Joe's. We are right on the R12 line that takes you directly to and from UCLA. There are also direct buses to the beach, downtown LA, Century City, etc. Your roommate is a 27 year old female graduate student who would be respectful of your space.
