* Sublet available: There is a small chance you might be able to negotiate one single room. But we prefer someone who doesn't mind sharing a room in this 2-bed 2-bath apartment.

* This unit is shared by four UCLA female students during the academic year

* Proximity: Walking distance to UCLA campus and Westwood restaurant area


For you to be able to sublease, the building manager needs to approve you. The screening fee you'd pay them is $28 for you and $28 for your parent if you are a student. (This just means this is a very safe building.)

Also, please note: the building manager charges me $785 to sublease to anyone, while I still pay $1100/month plus wifi until 9/10/24.

I originally put $950/month plus utilities/wifi with the hope to get someone from mid June to 9/10.

Please write the max you're willing to pay total, excluding utilities.
