1b/1b in a 2b/2b UCLA Weyburn Terrace Townhouse available from July 29th - September 23rd, 2024 (8 weeks maximum, preferably at least 6-7 weeks)

Hello! For the summer term, my flatmate Arushi and I are looking to sublease a room in our fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath townhouse in Weyburn Terrace Apartments. It's a 10-minute walk to campus and a minute's walk to university bus stops.

The monthly rent is $1540 with utilities included (laundry is charged per wash, and the laundry room is a minute's walk from the unit).

One month deposit is required.

Parking is available with additional cost. Street parking is also mostly available nearby.

The rooms are fully furnished with bed, study table, comfortable study chair, and lamps. We will be leaving behind our kitchen utensils (plates, cooking pans, etc) and cleaning supplies - vaccum cleaner, washer pods, soap refills, etc for your convenience.
