About Bedroom and bath in Brentwood
This is a private bedroom and bath in a quiet neighborhood in Brentwood. Female preferred but not a deal breaker. There is one female there now. She is an MBA and works some from the house.
We live next door in a newer house and our kids use the yard at this house as a sometimes play yard. No smoking. No pets. Perfect for grad student or Med student.
