My roommate and I are moving out of this fabulous apartment on May 12. This is available from May 15, June, July, and through Aug.31. We shared the bedroom - comes with two beds.


This unit has one room (with two beds) a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. It is completely furnished and recently renovated. It's gated, safe and clean. The apartment is on the second-floor corner - great locating. View of the pool!

We are looking to rent to two students at $1765 each. You can find a roommate or we can see if others are interested - same sex since you will share the bedroom. If we can't find another interested student, you get it to yourself! Please reach out with questions. We can also send you photos of our actual apartment - but the photos below show the gist of it! Parking in lot if available for a fee through front office - plenty of street parking.
