Specific dates are flexible but I'm hoping to identify someone to move in for May or June start and to stay through August or September. Details below.

Description: Sunny, large, fully furnished, North West Berkeley townhouse-esq one bedroom with private backyard, in-unit laundry, and easy street parking & BART access. This one bedroom feels like a small house with two floors, a large bedroom, great closet space, a separate laundry room, and no apartments above or below you. My little home is in an amazing neighborhood with great neighbors. It's conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, parks and a bike path. Non-residential street parking (street cleaning only 1x per month). Some garage storage space available too!

Dates: temporary housing, dates flexible. Preferred late May/June- September.
