The cost of the room is 1,960 to 1,980 dollars per month, it since it includes ALL utilities. The Morgan House includes shared washing machine and dryer(no coins or card payment!), detergent,toilet paper, professionally cleaned bathrooms once per week, Free Use of House Printer ,shared kitchen space(microwave, oven, fridge), Netflix+Hulu, printer, WiFi, and backyard space. Community events with residents are also held often in this space(painting, etc.). The single room itself is fully furnished and includes a personal minifridge, microwave, and desk lamp.
There are a total of 10 girls within the house and a total of 4 full bathrooms and 1 half-bathroom( no shower). 3-4 bedrooms are assigned to the bathrooms.
It is very close to the campus, about a 7-minute walk to HAAS School of Business and UC Berkeley School of Law. It is also a 2-minute walk to California Memorial Stadium which includes a gym within it if you are fitness-oriented.
