I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at a Sorrento 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. The address is 1540 Valdora St. Apt 171 and is right next to a bus station and a Safeway grocery store. The location is a 15-minute walk to downtown and has 3 school bus lines. The deposit is pre-paid and the rent per month is already at a discounted price.

-Pets allowed
-Close proximity to a bus station + grocery store
-Pool/Hot Tub
-Covered Parking
-In-unit laundry machines

The lease begins on 09/03/2023 and ends on 09/02/2024. The rent per month for the entire unit is $2394. If you wish to look for a roommate, I will be willing to offer assistance in the search.
