Room is one of two rental rooms in the property, both located upstairs and sharing a full bath, also located upstairs. Property is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Property recently had all new vinyl planking floors installed, as well as a solar system on the roof. Property is also equipped with a 24/7 live and recorded exterior video surveillance system.

Rent is $1,000/mo and includes utilities. The property is equipped with hi-speed wifi, the monthly cost of which is split between the two renters.

Prospective tenants should be mature, and looking for a quiet location where they can focus on their work and/or studies. Tenants are expected to help look after the house, including watering outdoor trees/plants as necessary.
