Hello!!:) I'm subleasing a room in a townhouse June 13 2024- August 31, 2024. It will have a full bed, a desk & chair, & dresser! you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. I have two female housemates so we would prefer another female. we have no pets at the moment. there's a backyard, shared kitchen and furnished living room. there's a washer and dryer in the townhome as well.

location is in Central Davis, is near save mart and safeway and has many bus stops to campus near by!!

The room would be around $850, message me for the price breakdown! June would be half off due to the move in date being later in the month.
